CCUL and NCUL Online Notice, Information, & Delegate Info
To ensure the annual business meetings of the California Credit Union League and the Nevada Credit Union League remain inclusive to League members (held Monday, Nov. 14), these meetings will take place online/virtually (via Zoom) at 10 a.m. for the Nevada League’s 53rd Annual Meeting, and at 11 a.m. for the California League’s 87th Annual Meeting.
For Online/Virtual Meeting Attendees
The agenda and materials for both California and Nevada virtual meetings are available on the Leagues’ Governance webpage, as well as 2021 annual meeting minutes, league bylaws, board of directors rosters, designation of voting forms, committee interest forms, committee rosters, and code of ethics.
Annual meeting notices, online IDs, and passcodes were emailed on Oct. 14 by Leagues President and CEO Diana Dykstra. If you need additional information, please email Leagues Executive Assistant davinal@ccul.org.
For Voting Delegates
In lieu of an in-person credentials desk, we are again utilizing an online voting platform to check-in voting delegates for the business meeting to ensure there is a quorum, and to allow for the possibility of an official vote on any approved item of business that may be presented from the floor.
On Nov. 7, primary voting delegates for each credit union will receive a separate email with instructions specific for their credit union. If they will not be able to attend the Nov. 14 virtual annual business meetings for the California League or Nevada League, respectively, they should forward the instructions-email to the alternate voting representative who will be representing their credit union at the meeting.
As of mid-October, there were no items of new business on the agendas for the California League and the Nevada League.
Voting on the election of the California League’s 2022-23 Board of Directors and Audit Committee was completed on Aug. 31, 2022 (with results announced on Sept. 9, 2022).
Voting on the election of the Nevada League’s 2022-23 Board of Directors was completed on Aug. 10, 2022 (with results announced on Aug. 18, 2022).
