CCUL Board of Directors and Audit Committee Election Results

Nominations for the California Credit Union League’s 2022 - 2023 Board of Directors and Audit Committee elections opened on July 1, 2022. This year's open positions included one Asset Group B Director, one Asset Group D Director, two At-Large Directors, and one Audit Committee Member.
By the close of nominations on July 31, three Asset Group B Director nominees and three At-Large Director nominees were approved as candidates for the online ballot.
Online voting was opened at 8 a.m. on Aug. 10 and closed at 5 p.m. on Aug. 31. Of the 217 member credit unions authorized to vote this year, a total of 131 qualified ballots were cast — representing a 60.4 percent credit union participation level, with a total voting strength of 72 percent.
The League’s Audit Committee convened on Sept. 8 to review and certify the 2022 Online Voting Results. The committee is pleased to report the following certified results:
Elected Board of Directors
- Rob Greaff, CEO, Delta Schools FCU (Asset Group B Director)
- Donna Bland, President/CEO, Golden 1 CU (Asset Group D Director) (re-elected by acclamation)
- Geri LaChance, President/CEO, SESLOC FCU (At Large Director)
- Jennifer Oliver, CEO, SCE FCU (At Large Director)
Audit Committee
- Jill Meznarich, Chief Audit Officer, SchoolsFirst FCU (re-elected by acclamation)
The League would like to congratulate Geri, Donna, and Jill on their re-election, and the League looks forward to welcoming Rob and Jennifer in their respective positions on the board of directors (which begins at the conclusion of the Annual Business Meeting in November).
