12th Multi-Chapter PAC Golf Tournament Raises Over $107,000

Nearly 150 golfers and volunteers from more than 25 credit unions participated in this year’s 12th annual Multi-Chapter PAC Golf Tournament, held July 18 at Glendora Country Club in Glendora, CA! Click here for a photo gallery of the event.
Volunteers representing credit unions within the Channel, Greater Valley, Orange County, San Diego/Imperial, and Tri-County chapters helped to make the tournament a success and raised more than $107,000 for the California Credit Union League’s Political Action Committee.
The League’s PAC allows credit unions to support candidates who understand the credit union difference.
Golfers were awarded with first, second, and third-place foursomes, as well as closest-to-pin recognitions. As usual, the much-anticipated putting contest was held before tee-off — a yearly “favorite.”
Congratulations to the winners! Everyone who participated put their best foot forward for the credit union cause, with the following individuals claiming this year’s winning titles:
- First place: Tammy O’Hara, Ross Cooper, Eric Josephson, and Joe Clark (OM Financial).
- Second place: Scott Stearns, Mark Cope, and Nate Burns (CUNA Mutual Group); and Arnold Ramirez (Ontario-Montclair School Employees FCU).
